Why Hire Online Filipino Workers?

Would it be worth it to hire online freelance workers from the Philippines? Even Google and Yahoo does not encourage telecommuting anymore. Why should I if the gurus have tested it and seen it does not work?

My observation all these years is: Not all people with an internet connection can work at home. However, there is a very small percent of people who DO thrive, perform well and even enjoy working for you, regardless of physical location.

Envious (Actually, just misses blogging)

I'm envious of people who get to blog everyday because they like blogging. Without being conscious about it, they're passionate about their blog topic/ issue and passionate about blogging. That's what passion is all about, you are just it. You just actually do it without bragging about it.

I'd really want to blog everyday, but am too distracted these days since I'm not online at home as much I want to...

    I admire so many bloggers who just blog and blog and blog happily. Some PH bloggers are annoying, they swagger about and repeatedly say "oh yuh, I'm a blogger nga pulluh." Tas wala lang palang maayos na laman ang blog. Nyek.
